    I am a member of the Massage Therapy Institute of Great Britain. After obtaining the I.T.E.C. Diploma in Anatomy Physiology and Massage I have continued to explore the benefits and different techniques and approaches to Massage like Deep Tissue Massage and Acupressure Massage at the Clare Maxwell-Hudson School. I have also completed a course in "Hand free Massage" with Darien Pritchard co-director of the Massage Training Institute and movement teacher.
    I have explored body work in an "energetic" way Through Reiki Healing. The course which lasted three years gave me new insights and experience about bodywork.
    I am currently on my third year of the "Rosen Method Body work" training. This experience is giving me the opportunity to connect to the body and mind on a deeper level and to experience the body as a precious tool and teacher guiding us through our lives.

    In my approach to Massage I see the body as a container of everything including our potential. My Massage will differ from one person to another depending on the personal needs. Although I may use different techniques, the connection and a listening touch with the client is for me more important.



    MASSAGE relieves symtoms of mental or emotional stress, backache, Sleeping problems, pain due to bad posture or stress, cronic pain, or can be a way to cherish and connect more with your body.

    REIKI Helps to calm the mind, relieves stress, it is also grounding and balancing. It works on the physical, mental and emotional level.


    THE PRACTICE is based in Holloway Road (8 min. from either Holloway Road and Highbury and Islington tube stations.or Park Road Pools in Park Road / 2 min. from Crouch End and reachable from Highgate and Muswell Hill areas.
